Furthermore, the acre of enclosed garden - most of which is a gently sloping lawn but there are wooded edges with winding paths, perfect for expeditions - is a paradise for little and big children alike.
Access to the river and the river beach is through a lockable gate so parents can relax in the knowledge that little ones can be easily entertained and allowed to run around without leaving the grounds of the property. The arrangement of all the rooms on one level with no steps within the house makes this house an ideal choice for guests with limited mobility.

Stunningly situated on the shores of the River Teign estuary in South Devon, it would be hard to find a more uplifting and conveniently situated holiday house. The views of the ever changing river and the surrounding countryside can be enjoyed in all seasons as there is always something new to see. Clare Park was built in 1970 and is most interesting and even intriguing in its design! Extensive internal modernisation has been carried out so all the comforts of the 21st century have been carefully incorporated to ensure our guests experience a luxurious home from home holiday.
