Clare Park is situated in a stunning position on the edge of the River Teign estuary in South Devon.  There is something for everyone on holiday here.  For those who are after an active and sporty stay there is all manner of waterbased opportunity at the bottom of the garden, or plenty of cycling and walking for those who prefer their action to be landbased.  If taking a leisurely approach is more your thing, there are tremendous views of the river to be enjoyed from the house and many hours can be whiled away watching the antics of the sailors and windsurfers when the tide is in, and of the huge range of birds when the tide is out.
